During the meeting

Once the meeting starts, drag the participants around the meeting table. This way you can easily remember who is who.

Follow the meeting agenda and make notes as you go. Drag action points to participants to assign tasks to them. Drag an action point to an empty area to make general observations about the meeting. If any issue needs follow up's, use My Reminders In-App (included in subscription) to create tasks straight to iOS Reminders app!

If you have the Subscription version, you can view profile cards with information from various social networks. When you are making crucial decisions with new companies, you can also do quick background check with the company by using Dun & Bradstreet company data report  -In-App. After you purchase a report, you will get a mobile-friendly summary to your iPad. The summary quickly gives you all details you need during the meeting – easily and conveniently.

You will also receive the full report delivered instantly to your email. The full report includes all details about the company.
