Punos Mobile does not control or store the searches made using the application and does not control or store the content obtained using the application.

Punos Mobile and other parties involved in the creation, production or delivery of the application make no warranty, implied or explicit, that any part of the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, timely, secure, or accurate, nor that the content is safe in any manner for download. Punos Mobile shall not be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation consequential loss or damage) whatsoever from the use of, or reliance on, the information contained in the application.
